The selected facade in this project was Siberian larch wood.
The choice of facade is open to choose the one that suits your purpose and environment (note that the outer edges of the module are steel and protect the facade during transport, assembly and disassembly).
An option is to install a facade around the building on site.
With wooden floors, kitchen from IKEA and tiled bathroom, the apartments should feel warm and homely on the inside.
Business hotels, staff housing, students or pop-up hotels for other needs. Come home to a warm and homely apartment after your work day.
Choice of roof according to practical and local needs.
Here is an example with a saddle roof that also covers the stairwells.
The customer's requirement here was that the snow should not be collected on the stairs and have a bearing capacity for snow zone 4.5 to cope with the weather conditions up north.
The units do not require roofing, existing roofs are sheet-clad and have smart drainage already in standard design.
The combinations are as many as the imagination allows.
